On July 13 and 14, 2024, Trust Advice and Real Tech successfully held the first course “Value-based Solution Selling” in Ho Chi Minh City. The course brought together a diverse group of participants from Ha Noi, Nha Trang, and Da Nang, guided by our trusted instructor Mr. Le Van Thanh – Founder of Trust Advice, and Mr. Luong Huu Tuan – Co-founder at Real Tech.
The course explores essential sales concepts, negotiation tactics, and relationship building across 13 modules, along with a guest speaker session and networking events, to empower participants to become value-based salespeople.
On the first day, participants were introduced to essential concepts of value-based solution selling, ranging from how to adopt a value-based solution-selling mindset to building trusted relationships. During the morning session, participants grasped the initial ideas on how to succeed in selling solutions and the beginning steps to land sales and manage the sales process.
The day progressed with interactive sessions on identifying customer challenges, emphasizing the importance of tackling the correct problem and incorporating risk management strategies into the sales process. Participants then apply these learnings through a group case study, solidifying their understanding of how to implement the value-based selling framework in practical business scenarios.
The second day (14/7), the course moved onto a session with practical frameworks to deal with risk, closing the deals and managing objections. Participants thoroughly enjoyed this session as the frameworks are easy to adopt in business scenarios.
The afternoon session, led by guest speaker Mr. Luong Huu Tuan, focused on crafting compelling sales pitches. Through Mr. Tuan’s engaging teaching style and interactive practice sessions, participants gained the confidence and clarity to effectively communicate their value proposition. This leads to the final module of the course, where Instructor Le Van Thanh share his tips on how to land your dream job.
To wrap up the course experience, participants attended exclusive networking events with special guests from distinguished firms like SAP and Michael Page. These events provided valuable insights on career development in the tech and sales sectors, further incentivizing participants and offering them valuable connections within the industry. The networking event definitely ended a course on a great note.
